General Notes: On 12-28-1742 Wm. B. Coulborn III deeded to his two sons Michael & Solomon a tract of land called Broad Oak on north side of Choptank River. Deed recorded in Talbot Co., MD, witnessed by Wm Ellegood and Saml Griffith, who both married his daughters. This land became Sussex Co. DE after Mason and Dixon made MD and DE line permanent.
