Unable to locate in any Census after 1860. Per 5-25-1892 obituary in the Press newspaper, his father "John Thomas Price, a former citizen of Oxford, died in the 80th year of his age on Sunday at the residence of his son, T. W. Price, No. 2318 Ingersoll St., Phila." Cannot locate in any census as Thomas W. or T. W. Price.
