1900 Census: Residing in Phila., Ward 24, and working as a house painter with son Howard. Married 27 years. Emily, Howard and Anna in the household.
1910 Census: Same.
1920 Census: Only Oliver and Howard are listed. Oliver is a painting contractor, listed as widower, and Howard is single and listed as a merchant in the paint industry. They do not appear in subsequent censuses.
Oliver married Emily H. in 1872. (Emily H. was born in Mar 1843 in PA and died circa 1915.)
