Phillip married Elizabeth Betsie Knowles, daughter of William Lewis Knowles and Nancy, before 1819. Elizabeth was born in 1794, died on 4 Feb 1825 at age 31, and was buried in Graham family cemetery, 3 mi SE of Blades, Sussex, DE.
